Women's Ministry
The purpose of women's ministry at Cypress Wood Presbyterian Church is "that every woman in the church know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world."
Serving any and all women in our church, the women's ministry of the church seeks to fulfill this purpose in a variety of Bible studies, special events and activities. As we study God's word together we apply those truths to our day to day lives in our homes and communities.
The special events and activities planned each year for the women in our church are designed to help nurture fellowship and encourage relationships within the church family. Examples of these activities would be the Fall Kickoff, Chistmas Tea and Crafts, evening or Saturday workshops, one day and overnight retreats, ladies night out and the Easter Brunch. We also help and serve our church family in times of joy, sadness and crisis by helping will meals, doing baby and bridal showers and providing comfort in the death of a family member.
